Exclusions

  • International Airfare:  Round-trip airfare to and from Egypt is not included.  You will be responsible for booking your own flights to Cairo Airport (arrival) and Sharm El Sheikh Airport (departure).
  • Entry Visa:  An entry visa for Egypt is not included.  Research visa requirements for your nationality and obtain your visa before arrival in Egypt.
  • Tipping:  Tipping for your guides, drivers, and cruise staff is not included.  While tipping is not mandatory, it is a customary way to show appreciation for good service.
  • Soft Drinks:  Soft drinks purchased at restaurants during sightseeing visits are not included.  You can expect to pay a la carte for these beverages.
  • Personal Expenses:  Personal expenses such as souvenirs, laundry, snacks, and phone calls are not included.
  • Optional Activities:  The optional Abu Simbel tour from Aswan is not included in the price.  If you are interested in this tour, please let us know in advance and we can add it to your itinerary for an additional fee.

  • Sunglasses:  Sunglasses are a must-have to protect your eyes from the bright sunshine.
  • Sunscreen:  Pack plenty of sunscreen with a high SPF to protect your skin.
  • Swimwear: You'll want swimwear for enjoying the pool on the Nile cruise and the beaches in Sharm El Sheikh.
  • Quick-drying Towel: A quick-drying towel is ideal for the beach and poolside.
  • Walking Shoes: Comfortable walking shoes are essential for exploring historical sites.
  • Cash: While credit cards are accepted at some places, it's always good to have Egyptian Pounds (EGP) on hand for smaller purchases and tipping.
