About This Tour

Morocco is a multi-storied country that has woven its links with sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and the wider Middle East into a whole cloth. Its mixed Arab and Berber population form a strong national identity, but one that is increasingly youthful, taking its best traditions and weaving the pattern anew - from the countryside to the city, from the call to prayer from the mosque to the rhythm of local hip-hop.

Morocco has hundreds of faces and voices, ready to welcome the traveler searching for spice and adventure. From the desert dunes to the peaks of the High Atlas, Morocco could have been tailor-made for travelers. Lyrical Landscapes This piece of North African rug is like the colorful and patterned rugs you'll covet at local co-ops.

The mountains - the famous High Atlas and the countryside and sun ranges leading to desert oases - offer simple yet amazing pleasures. Moroccan cities are among the most exciting on the continent.

Join the centuries-old trail of Bedouins and traders to their ancient hearts, from the winding labyrinth of the medina in Fez to the Carnival Street Theater of Djemaa El Fna in Marrakesh.

The maze-like souqs of Fez, the vast orange dunes of the Erg Chebbi, and Berber nomads in the Sahara, taste Morocco’s spice-scented cuisine at a private cooking lesson in Marrakesh. Bargain for a hand-knotted wool rug while sipping sweet mint tea in a noisy medina. Hike among the ancient villages and winding tracks of the High Atlas Mountains. Unwind in the windy-swept port town of Essaouira. Watch the stars from a tented camp in the deep, echoing silence of the desert.

On a tailor-made holiday to Morocco with me, you’ll see the highlights — and much more — on your way, the fortified kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. Roman ruins at Volubilis. The blue-washed village of Marrakech. What excites you? Travel at your own pace, in your style, with the confidence that we’ll show you the best options, wherever you go in Morocco.
