Fly to Pokhara (910m/2,984ft), drive to Matkyu and then Trek to Jhinu Danda (1,760m/5,770ft)
The day begins with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, which takes around 25 minutes. The beautiful city of Pokhara itself attracts thousands of travelers every year. From Pokhara, we get into a private vehicle or a jeep and drive for 2 hours to reach Matkyu where our trekking adventure commences. The trek starts with a short climb through oak and rhododendron forests while being soothed by the rustling sounds of the Modi river just beside the trekking trail. The trekking trail continues through dense forests and stone stairs until we reach Jhinu Danda. This is where we will be spending the night. If you prefer, you could enjoy a soothing bath at one of the natural hot springs in Jhinu Danda and wash away all the sweat and fatigue during your journey.

Trek to Upper Sinuwa (2,360m/7,742ft) Via Chhomrong (2,170m/7,120ft) The day starts with uphill climbing for around an hour until we reach the top of Chhomrong village. It is a beautiful Gurung village where we will be stopping briefly. During this stop, you might get a chance to explore their unique cultures and lifestyles. After a short break, the trek descends downwards through steep stone staircases to a suspension bridge. This bridge suspends over Chhomrong Khola, and crossing it gives us a great view of the fast-flowing and sparkling river of Chhomrong. From the Chhomrong Khola, the trek starts to ascend higher and higher until we reach Upper Sinuwa at an elevation of 2,340 meters. This is where we will be spending the night.

Trek to Himalaya (2,850m/9,350ft)
We start our journey towards Himalaya after early morning breakfast. The trail is relatively easy and takes us through dense forests to Kildihar. A gradual descend, and we reach Bamboo. Bamboo trees now fill the trekking route, and we walk through those refreshing bamboo forests for a while. Then the trail starts to ascend to Dovan and further climbs with occasional steep uphills until Himalaya Hotel. This is where we will be spending the night.

Trek to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,750m/12,303ft)
Our day starts with uphill climbs through dense forests opening up gradually as we ascend higher. The open forests give us a clear view of the glacial river down below. The trekking trail takes us further up through a dry forest towards Hinku Cave, an important landmark for Annapurna I expeditions in the early days. From here, we continue through the jungle trail with a slight uphill to reach Deurali. We stop here for lunch. After lunch and enough rest, we continue our trekking adventure towards MBC. The route is quite strenuous but is worth the effort as you are rewarded by mesmerizing views of Machhapuchhre and other surrounding mountain peaks from Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Overnight at a hotel in MBC.

Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m/13,545ft), then descend to Dhovan (2,605m/8,546ft)
On the sixth day, the trek takes us to Annapurna Base Camp. From Machhapuchhre Base Camp, it is at a 2 hours hike distance, and the trail is wide and clear. Annapurna Base Camp sits at an elevation of 4,130 meters, and the view of Annapurna South from here is just jaw-dropping. You also get majestic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Macchapuchhre, Hiunchuli, Nilgiri, and many other high Himalayas from the top of Annapurna Base Camp. Standing at the foot of Annapurna Massifs and glancing at the humongous mountain peaks takes breaths away. After spending quality time at the base camp, we retrace our way back to Dhovan, descending down through MBC, Deurali, and Himalaya. Overnight at the hotel in Dhovan.

Trek to Chhomrong (2,170m/7,120ft)
Our trek begins after having breakfast. The trekking trail is mostly downhill until you come across forests of bamboo and a short ascend to reach Upper Sinuwa. Then the trek takes us further downhill to the Chhomrong Khola and the suspension bridge above it. After crossing the bridge and walking a slightly inclined path for about an hour, we reach Chhomrong. This is where we spend our night. The people living in Chhomrong practice traditional lifestyles and old cultures that fascinate tourists. You get a chance to indulge yourself with the locals of the village while spending a night with these indigenous people.

Trek to Pokhara (910m/2,984ft)
From Chhomrong, we retrace the route we originally came from and trek to Matkyu via Jhinu Danda. The trek starts with descends through dense forests and several hundreds of stone stairs. The trekking trail traverses through oak and rhododendron forests that extend alongside the Modi River until we reach Matkyu. We take a jeep and return to Pokhara and spend the night here. Pokhara is also famous for its nightlife, booming live concerts, and beautiful city lights. You can rent a bicycle and explore the city of Pokhara. Overnight at a hotel in Pokhara

Drive to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft)
After breakfast, we take a short tour of Pokhara, and it’s marvelous tourist attractions like the three turquoise lakes(Phewa, Begnas, and Rupa), several caves(Mahendra, Chameru, Gupteshwor Mahadev), sarangkot, and Peace Pagoda. There are several other enjoyable activities like boating, paragliding, ultralight flight, bungee jumping, ziplining, cycling, and many more. We have two options to choose from while returning from Pokhara to Kathmandu, to drive or to fly. On a plane, the scenic flight takes around 25 minutes to reach Kathmandu. While on a private vehicle, the drive takes about 6-7 hours. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, you will be escorted to the hotel where you can relax and freshen up. In the evening, the representative of K.J Adventures will pick you for the final day dinner. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.
