Day 1 Travel to Bwindi impenetrable park

Our driver/guide will pick you from your accommodation at 7am, brief you about your habituation safari and off to Bwindi. It is approximately 540km / 9 hours of driving to the Southern sector. The drive is quite long but worth it with much more to see on the way. You may even see the zebras and impalas grazing in Lake Mburo park. You will have a stopover at the equator for photography and the experiment and another stopover in Mbarara town for lunch. Day 2 Gorilla Habituation Day

This morning marks the highlight of your Uganda safari with early breakfast at your accommodation then get ready to be transferred to briefing point. After briefing, you will head to the starting point for your trek through the densely, steep jungle forest. One has to be physically fit for a successful trekking experience and this may take 3/8 hours or whole day. Depending on where you will be allocated for your trek, you may start the trek from the park headquarters or drive to a starting point into the forest. After finding the gorillas, you are only allowed to view them for 1 hour and you can take videos or photos for your encounter with the gorillas. Take note that feeding mountains gorillas is prohibited and flash photography.After the experience, you will make the trek back through the forest as you reminiscent about this once in a lifetime wildlife encounter. A leisurely evening at your lodge and overnight stay.

Day 3 Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

A relaxed breakfast and this will mark your last day in Bwindi as you prepare to transfer to Murchison falls with lunch en route and a stopover at the equator if you missed it on the

Day 4 Murchison Falls National Park

Enjoy breakfast before going on a game drive in the park’s northern area in search of some of the "Big Five" (buffaloes, lions, elephants and possibly leopards). Other animals you might see include Rothschild's giraffes, bushbucks, warthogs, waterbucks and a variety of antelope.At lunchtime, you will return to the lodge and then go on a thrilling launch cruise down the Nile in the afternoon. Sail close to the bottom of the falls and take in the various birds, numerous hippos and giant crocodiles on the banks. If you are lucky, you may see the rare shoe-billed stork and various other bird species within this area. Your dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.Accommodation; Fort Murchison

Day 5 Transfer to jinja

After breakfast, you will set off for Jinja Town to visit the source of the mighty Nile, Africa’s longest river. You will arrive in the early evening and relax at your lodge until dinner time. Alternatively, you can take a short walking tour of Jinja before your overnight stay at the Paradise Hotel Jinja.Accommodation; Paradise hotel jinja

Day 6 Jinja to Kampala

Have breakfast and then go on a brief drive through this historical town before exploring the source of the river Nile by boat. You will then spend the rest of the day rafting. Later, return to your hotel in Kampala or the airport for your flight home.
