You will depart from Sirens Quay in St. Paul's Bay at 10:00 a.m. for a sightseeing cruise of Malta’s northern shoreline, witnessing the enchanting, rugged coastline and beautiful coves and caves.
During your journey, you will pass by all the major sights along the way, such as the Aħrax Point, a popular reef for divers, where you will also enter the dazzling Aħrax Cave. You will then travel towards St. Paul’s Island, from where you can witness the prominent St. Paul’s statue, which was erected on the island in 1844. You will then continue sailing along the north Comino Channel, passing by the fascinating Elephant’s Head rock formation, the gorgeous Santa Maria Bay, the captivating Santa Maria Caves, and cruising by the charming St. Nicholas Bay.
After sailing for about an hour, you will reach Comino Island, where you will have a one-hour and thirty-minute stop at the magnificent Blue Lagoon. Get ready to be amazed by the turquoise, crystal-clear waters of the famous Blue Lagoon! This picturesque bay with transparent cyan waters, a white sandy base, and rich marine life is the perfect spot for a relaxing and unforgettable short break. Spend your time here soaking up the sun, swimming, snorkelling, enjoying a stroll through the countryside of Comino Island, or simply relaxing on the boat.
The boat’s amenities include a thrilling 10-meter slide, a top sunbathing deck with free deck chairs (limited quantity), a main deck with shaded and sunny seats, a lower air-conditioned deck, locker facilities (limited quantity), separate male and female restrooms, and a cafeteria serving fresh food and hot and cold beverages.
Following our time at the Blue Lagoon, you will travel to the island of Gozo for an optional three-hour sightseeing bus tour.
Upon your arrival in Gozo, you are free to independently explore Mġarr Harbour and its surrounding areas or board a public bus to Victoria, the island's capital city. As an alternative, you can board one of our buses or coaches for just €5 per person, and we’ll take you to Victoria, where you can also visit the magnificent Citadel, an impressive mediaeval fortress situated within the city of Victoria. With its distinctive skyline and imposing military architecture, this ancient, fortified structure stands out as one of Gozo’s major landmarks, a beacon visible from all over the island.
After your stop at Victoria, you will be taken by our bus or coach for a second stop at Xlendi Bay. This delightful sea inlet is located at the end of a deep, lush ravine that was once a riverbed. Surrounded by picturesque steep cliffs, the bay is now on the must-visit list of most day-trippers to the island. Xlendi’s small but lively promenade is busy at all times of the day, with a variety of cafes, restaurants, and a handful of souvenir shops.
The visit to Gozo is not a guided tour; both stops will be at leisure (free time). The bus or coach transportation must be booked and paid for on the spot on the day of your trip.
After spending your three hours in Gozo, you will return to the boat at Mġarr Harbour, from where you will set sail for your return trip to Malta. On your way back, you will travel along the south Comino Channel, admiring the Santa Maria Tower and cruising through the Crystal Lagoon, where you will also be accessing the lagoon’s caves.
