Then, experience an insightful visit to an artisanal distillery, where you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of wine and Pisco production, followed by a delightful tasting session. Finally, you will visit Lake Huacachina. Originally an oasis in the middle of the desert, surrounded by large sand dunes, the lake is one of Ica´s major attractions. At the end of this tour, return to your hotel.In the afternoon immerse yourself into the fascinating history and crafting process of artisanal pisco while tasting various exquisite products. You will begin at the artisanal winery "El Catador", where you can appreciate the wine and pisco production process as it has been done since 1856. Then, go to the Vista Alegre winery, an industrial winery that can produce 5 million litres of pisco a year. The tour continues to the Tacama winery, where you learn about its industrial techniques for the production of a wide variety of red, white and pisco wines.
