About This Tour

Trekking through the sacred site of National Phnom Kulen with a private guide, It would take you about 3 hours to hike the mountain range and up to a day to tour the entire place. Your trek will start from the bottom of the Kulen mountain at Preah Ang Jub, the foot of Mountain Kulen where you will see a Buddhist temple here right before you continue with the trek up the Kulen mountains. As you continue to go ahead, you’ll reach the Valley of Thousand Lingas with river water flowing over the lingams. Continue trekking and you’ll reach the Preah Ang Thom, a Buddhist temple that is home to a 15m statue of a Buddha that was carved out of a huge sandstone block and then continue to waterfall for swim and relaxing there and enjoy views in jungle.
– Wear full clothing that covers your legs and arms because we trek through the jungle.
– Carry a mosquito repellent and a sunscreen lotion and an extra pair of clothes if you plan to swim at waterfall

Day 1 Siem Reap

We pick up from your hotel and transfer to the trekking sight at the foot of the national park Phnom Kulen

Day 2 Preah Ang Choub Pagoda

We start to trek from Preah Ang Choub Pagoda through the rainforest in the national park

Day 3 Kulen Park

There's one interesting waterfall on the end of thousand linga river. Good to relax, do picnic and swim.

Day 4 1000 Lingas Temple

amazing tale on how king turned the stream in to holy water by carving 1000 of linga's on the bed where it was believed that the water poses healing power and the king would bath at the waterfalls. the concept of the angkor wat comes from linga, mind blowing facts!

Day 5 Phnom Kulen Pagoda

Very amazing temple especially how it is sitting on top of a rock. The inside is really amazing to see. It gets a little crowded but it's worth it to see it.

Day 6 Preah Ang Thom pagoda

A massive Reclining Buddha on top of the hill is worth witnessing. It was also great to see some of the old Hindu sculptures preserved at this site.

Day 7 Kulen waterfall

Kulen Waterfall is one of the best attractions in Siam Reap that you must see and even swim in it, the mountain route is not recommended for someone with back or bone conditions

Day 8 Poeng Ta Kho (Amazing Cliff)

Don’t miss this view point on the way to Phnom Kulen. The cliff is called Poeung Ta Kho or “Amazing Cliff” and is best visited in the morning. Just make sure to stay at a safe distance from the edge.
