Your first stop will be in Ifrane, often called “the Switzerland of Morocco,” where you can enjoy the picturesque scenery and take some photos. Continue through the cedar forests of Azrou, where you’ll have the chance to spot the playful Barbary monkeys.
Stop for lunch in Midelt or along the way, depending on your preference. Then, drive through the scenic Ziz Valley, passing Errachidia and Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops. As you arrive in Merzouga, settle into your hotel for a restful night, preparing for your desert adventure.

Next, visit the iconic Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its unique southern Moroccan architecture and stunning landscapes.
