Day 1 Marrakech – Taroudante

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel before embarking on a scenic journey to Taroudante, often referred to as "Little Marrakech." As you traverse the Tizi ‘N’ Test pass, be captivated by breathtaking views of the High Atlas mountains. Upon arrival in Taroudante, take a moment to unwind at your hotel before exploring the charming streets of this historic walled city. Wander through bustling souks and admire the ancient walls, immersing yourself in a vibrant atmosphere that feels untouched by time. Experience the rich culture and heritage of Taroudante before returning to your hotel for the night.

Day 2 Taroudante - Essaouira

After departing from the tranquil city of Taroudante, known as "Little Marrakech" for its vibrant souks and impressive walls, we set off towards Agadir. Along the way, we'll stop at a panoramic viewpoint to admire the stunning coastal scenery. Continuing on our charming coastal route, we arrive in Essaouira, a city renowned for its rich history and enchanting atmosphere. Here, you can explore the charming streets and historic sites before settling in for the night at your hotel, soaking in the magic of this beautiful coastal gem.

Day 3 Essaouira - Casablanca

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a tour of Safi, a historic city known for its Portuguese heritage and vibrant fishing port. Explore landmarks from the Portuguese era, such as the "Sea Castle," the 16th-century fortress, and Kechla with its palace enclosed within fortified walls. Safi is also renowned for its traditional ceramics, making it a great place to admire local craftsmanship.
Continue to the charming coastal town of Oualidia, famous for its picturesque lagoon and scenic coastal roads. After enjoying lunch by the sea, travel to El Jadida, formerly known as “Mazagan” and often compared to the French seaside town of Deauville. Stroll through the city’s historic streets, visit the iconic Portuguese cistern, and soak in the town’s blend of Moroccan and Portuguese influences. Finally, arrive in Casablanca, where you’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night at your hotel.

Day 4 Casablanca - Chefchaouen

After breakfast, explore Casablanca, Morocco's largest city and economic hub. Visit the iconic Hassan II Mosque, which sits partially over the Atlantic Ocean, showcasing impressive architecture and intricate details. After your brief tour, take the scenic drive north toward Chefchaouen. Known for its blue-painted streets and tranquil vibe, Chefchaouen offers a peaceful retreat in the Rif Mountains. Upon arrival, you'll check in to your hotel, ready to explore the town at your own pace.

Day 5 Chefchaouen - Chefchaouen

Spend a perfect day exploring the picturesque town of Chefchaouen, often called the “Blue Pearl” of Morocco. Nestled in the Rif Mountains, this enchanting town is known for its serene atmosphere, narrow blue-washed streets, and charming plazas. Wander through its medina, browse local artisan shops, and take in the peaceful surroundings. Chefchaouen offers a unique blend of relaxation and discovery, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in its natural beauty. End the day with a delightful dinner and a restful overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 6 Chefchaouen - Fes

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting off for Volubilis, an impressive archaeological site showcasing the ruins of a Roman city. Next, continue to Meknes, the former imperial capital of Sultan Moulay Ismail, known for its grand gates like Bab el Khemis and the iconic Bab Mansour. Visit the bustling Place El Hedim and explore the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, a symbol of the city’s glory. Afterward, head to Fez, where you’ll settle in for the night at your charming riad, ready to explore the spiritual and cultural heart of Morocco the next day.

Day 7 Fes - Fes

After breakfast, explore Fez, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural capital. Begin with the ancient medina, “Fes El Bali,” wandering through its vibrant souks. Visit the historic Karaouine Mosque and the Medersa Attarine, a beautiful Quranic school. Stop by Nejjarine Square to admire the ornate fountain, and explore the bustling tanneries, where artisans dye leather using traditional methods.
Continue to “Fes El Jadid,” the modern part of the city, where you’ll pass by the impressive Royal Palace (exterior only) and explore the potters' quarter to see local craftsmanship. End your day relaxing at your riad, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 8 Fes - Merzouga

After breakfast at your hotel in Fez, begin your journey toward Merzouga. Your first stop will be in Ifrane, often called “the Switzerland of Morocco,” where you can enjoy the picturesque scenery and take some photos. Continue through the cedar forests of Azrou, where you’ll have the chance to spot the playful Barbary monkeys.
Stop for lunch in Midelt or along the way, depending on your preference. Then, drive through the scenic Ziz Valley, passing Errachidia and Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops. As you arrive in Merzouga, settle into your hotel for a restful night, preparing for your desert adventure.

Day 9 Merzouga - Merzouga

Start your day with a leisurely breakfast before heading out to explore the serene Saint Lake. Following this, visit a traditional Berber village, where you’ll experience the vibrant rhythms of Gnaoua music. For lunch, enjoy a unique treat—authentic Berber pizza prepared especially for you.
Afterward, return to your hotel for some relaxation. In the late afternoon, prepare for an unforgettable camel ride through the golden dunes. Your journey will take you deep into the desert, where you’ll spend the night under the starry sky in a traditional Berber tent. Alternatively, if you prefer to unwind, you can relax at your hotel until the evening, then head to the camp for the overnight desert experience.

Day 10 Merzouga - Dades valley

After waking up in the camp, enjoy a magical sunrise over the desert dunes. Then, ride camels back to the hotel, where you can freshen up with a shower and enjoy breakfast. Once ready, begin your journey toward the Dades Valley. Along the way, visit an ancient irrigation system, where you’ll also savor traditional Berber tea.
Continue your journey to the Todgha Gorges, famous for their towering canyon walls. After exploring the gorge, enjoy lunch at a nearby spot. Later in the afternoon, head toward the Dades Valley. Here, you’ll explore the scenic Dades Gorge, known for its winding roads and unique rock formations, before settling into your hotel for a delightful evening.

Day 11 Dades valley - Marrakech

After a restful night, enjoy a delicious breakfast with the refreshing breeze of Dades Valley. Begin your journey back to Marrakech, passing through Kelaa Mgouna, the "City of Roses." Continue toward Ouarzazate, stopping to explore the famous Cinema Studios, often referred to as the "Hollywood of Africa."
Next, visit the iconic Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its unique southern Moroccan architecture and stunning landscapes. Take a guided walk through the ancient village, where you’ll discover intricately decorated towers, clay-brick houses, and communal spaces within the fortified walls.
After enjoying lunch near the ksar, resume your journey over the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters. Upon arrival in Marrakech, you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or riad, concluding your adventure through the diverse landscapes of Morocco.
