Day 1 We meet up by the two stone pillars (over 3 meter high) by Ingólfur Square

Your Guide will meet up with you at Ingolfur Square in the center of Reykjavik by the two stone pillars(They are over 3 meters high).The square on Google Maps:https://goo.gl/maps/wmKoKvB8YZfC3p8C7Our expert local guides usually wear a light blue jacket with Your Friend in Reykjavik on the back.The Square is in front of Center Hotels Plaza, Adalstræti 6. The Square is at the beginning of Austurstræti (Austurstræti 1).

Day 2 The Seabaron - Sægreifinn

Our first stop changes based on which tour you book, but it's always a delicious lobster soup or a vegan alternative.

Day 3 Our 2nd stop is the fast food institution of Iceland = The one and only hot dog stand Bæjarins Besta

This hot dog stands has been in operation since 1937

Day 4 Our 3rd stop is a local street food staple

Here we try ourselves on traditional lamb soup - a local favourite.

Day 5 Our 4th stop is at a local specialty market

So we can view some samples of what is traditional food in Iceland.

Meeting / Pickup

Meet on location: This experience has no pick-up service, customers have to make their way to our meeting point.

What to Bring

Please dress according to weather, in Iceland that means be prepared for any kind of weather! :). It's only about 2,5 km walk all in all and please come hungry!
