  • After booking, passengers need to provide us WhatsApp phone number for communication while abroad for more details.
  • Once the booking is made, the passenger receives a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with details such as the driver information and vehicle details.
  • The driver arrives at the designated pick-up point at your chosen time.
  • You will receive a WhatsApp message once the driver arrives at your pickup location.
  • Driver assists the passenger with loading their luggage into the vehicle.
  • Should you encounter any difficulty locating your driver, please feel free to call the provider contact number for immediate assistance.
