Day 1
Around 8.00a.m, you will be picked up at your hotel and travel to the central market where you will meet the chef who gives you a selection of dishes to cook and tours you around the market to get all important ingredients for you dishes. You will listen to an attractive and informative explanation about the importance and flavor of different herbs when she shops on your behalf.
Then, on the way to the restaurant you will make a stop at a local café for a cool drink or coffee while enjoying some relaxing minutes.
Once coming to the restaurant, before starting to cook for lunch, you will have some more minutes to wash your hands as well as wear aprons and chef hat. As you go along, the chef will explain everything and check around frequently to make sure you know what to do.
Same Day
When the lesson ends, you will share the dishes around buffet style. Besides the foods cooked by yourself, the chef will also offer you a delicious dessert and rice vodka.
Finally, around 3.p.m: You will receive a book of recipes together with a few other nice gifts and bring them home.
