Day 1 Hanoi - Cat Ba National Park trekking (L/D)
You will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter at 08:00 to start driving to Dinh Vu Port. Then you will take a 45-minute speedboat ride to Cat Ba Island. Lunch in Cat Ba town.In the afternoon, you will trek to Viet Hai village through Cat Ba National Park, a paradise for both birdwatching and sightseeing amidst the primeval forest and at Frog Lake. Along the way, you'll have a chance to see native cats, squirrels, spotted deer, snakes, thousands of butterflies, and if you're lucky, you might come across one of the rare Cat Ba langurs.At the end of the day, you will enjoy dinner and stay overnight in a wooden house in the local fishing village.- A 10-12km trek.
Day 2 Motorbike tour on Cat Ba Island - Hanoi (B/L)
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will be provided with motorbikes to explore Cat Ba island and this is really a favorite sport of most adventurous tourists. We visit the cannon fortress, the military hospital cave and cross the pass roads before returning to the original location. A simple lunch before the car picks us up to return to Hanoi, ending the tour of Lan Ha bay and Cat Ba island.- Highlights and activities: Cat Ba island motorbike tour a 20-30 km, cannon fortress, military hospital cave.
